A Water Distribution Network has been formally inaugurated at Uluchamari, Ward-#06, Hnila Union of Teknaf, Cox's Bazar Today, on 1st November 2021. Mr. Nurul Alam, Honorable Upazila Chairman of Teknaf, Mr. Abul Hossen, Pannel Chairman and Member of Ward-#06, Uluchamari were present at the inaugural ceremony. Head of Resource Mobilization & Project Focal Mr. Muhammad Saiful Islam along with NCA Head of Mission Mr. Jack T. Chow, NGOF-NCA WASH Project Manager Mr. Hashem Bhuiyan, and other distinguished guests and beneficiaries were present at this event.

Considering the mitigation of acute water crisis at that area, NGO Forum's relentless efforts were highly appreciated by the guests and beneficiaries. With the capacity of 3000 liters of groundwater extraction per hour, this water distribution network will cover 1750 people of 350 households residing in West Uluchamari and Gazi Para of Ward-#06.
