On 14 March 2022 NGO Forum for public health has completed a 'Union level project phase out meeting’ with different stakeholders and Union WatSan committee of Shialkathi union under kawkhali Upazila of Pirojpur district.

In addition to this work, the project authority handed over various kinds of project's relevant documents to the Chairman of union Parishad alongside an underwritten MoU between NGO Forum and Shialkathi union Parishad also.This work was actually the final activity with Union Parishad and Union level stakeholders under the GOB-UNICEF ASWA-II CATS Project that was started on 1st March 2019 and will end on 30th April 2022. At the end of this meeting the honorable chairman of this Union Parishad was awarded a crest of Honor and Recognition for successful project completion that has ensured place in safe drinking water, Sanitation and improved health care through the good practice in Hygiene in the daily life of beneficiaries at all levels. Here, Chaired Mr. Shikder Md.Delwar Hossain Chairman of Shialkati Union Parishad. Guest was Mr. Md. Abdur Rahman Sub-Assistant Engineer, DPHE, Kawkhali.Mr.Md. Abdus Salam-Team leader, NGO Forum for Public Health, Union Watsan Committee members, CDC Members, NGO Forum Project staffs were also present in this Phase Out Meeting.
