On March 6, 2023, The Honorable Ambassador of France, Ms. Marie Masdupuy, and Humanitarian Officer, Mr. Fadwa Abdel-Mawlla, visited the Jute bag Production center of camp 5. During the visit, they were accompanied by the UNHCR’s External Relation team. They were welcomed at this center by The Project Manager, Ms. Herana Parvez, and the Central manager MS. Urbi Chakma. They were briefed about different diversified jute products and making processes by the refugee women when they walked around the various units of this production center. They also talked to the refugee women who were employed in this production center and exchanged their thoughts on how these activities are bringing changes in their day-to-day life. After the visit, they expressed their cheerfulness.
