On May 29, 2023, The Honorable OIC Secretary General, H.E. Mr. Hissein Brahim Taha along with his team visited the Jute Bag Production Center of Camp 5. During the visit, they were accompanied by the Honorable Refugee Relief and Repatriation Commissioner, Mr. Mohammed Mizanur Rahman and Mr. Subrata Kumar Chowdhury from the Livelihoods Unit team.

They were welcomed at this center by the Project Coordinator of NGO Forum, Mr. Ataur Rahman. As they walked around the various units of this production center, Mr. Subrata Kumar Chakrabarty briefed them about different diversified jute products and the making processes by the refugee women. They also talked to the refugee women who were employed in this production center and exchanged their thoughts on how these activities are bringing changes in their day-to-day life. After the visit, they expressed their joyfulness.
