Every organization should have a strategy for ensuring its sustainability. A strategy is one of the tools for identifying the organizational directions that can help lead to the organizational goals. The training cell of NGO Forum has taken an enthusiastic decision for ensuring the utilization of human and non-human resources for the sake of financial self reliance.

NGO Forum is committed to continue its demand-responsive support in capacity building of the partner organizations to assure their active participation in all forms of development actions. Moreover, through an operational mechanism, NGO Forum is trying to strengthen its collaboration with national and international NGOs, government and corporate sectors.

Following that, NGO Forum training cell has taken different initiatives through offering its different products &amo; services and ensuring efficient utilization of its existing resources on way to be financially self sustainable. Training cell is concentrating on strengthening its relationship with the national & international organizations, government and corporate sectors that are playing significant role in marketing training services at both the central and regional levels.

Based on the long term experience in organizing and facilitating different training courses training cell offers various courses for different organizations in the development sector that consists of course designing, development and implementation according to the requirements and as per demand of service recipient’s specifications. In 2019 training cell has signed agreement/ enlisted with different national and international organizations and corporate sector.

As a part of training initiative of NGO Forum, it has decentralized its training facilities with one central and thirteen well-established regional training centers with residential facilities. Both are equipped with modern set-up including; A/C conference hall for 50 to 80 participants, single, and double A/C guest room, dormitory of minimum 30- 50 person’s capacity, logistics and Wi-Fi support.
